Intake

Breakfast: 1 packet plain instant oatmeal + 1 packet apple cinnamon oatmeal [all the hotel had, pretty crappy continental breakfast] + 1 T peanut butter; 1 banana; small bowl of raisin bran + skim milk; coffee & cocoa

Lunch: whole wheat whole grain bagel + peanut butter; orange

Snack: espresso & dark chocolate frozen yogurt + carob chips + strawberries [from Kiwi Frozen Yogurt in Philadelphia, PA]

Snack: banana nut bread Clif bar [other favorite flavor that doesn’t exist anywhere!!!]

Dinner: a lot of capellini asiago with olive oil, tomatoes, and onions; pear

Outtake: lots and lots of walking; IT band stretches; 5 mile easy run
